We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team. Isherwood Body & Fender is one of the premier collision shops located in the Cowichan Valley. We work with our customers and their insurance companies to help guide them through the repair process. Accidents happen and customers usually are worried about what happens next. Our purpose is to make the entire repair process seamless and worry-free. 

Brief Job Description

• Interacting with Customers, vendors, and insurance companies.
• Preparing estimates according to insurance and company guidelines
• Developing a repair plan for each vehicle
• Manage a timely schedule for all repairs.

What You Need

• Completed ICBC Express Repair Course
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the repair process.
• Fluent with Mitchell, Audatex.
• Solid customer service skills.
• At least Two-years’ experience in collision repair industry.
• A valid and clean driver abstract and must be able to drive standard vehicles.
• Experience with dealing with various insurance company procedures.

Experience That Would be an Asset

• Experience with Body Shop Connect management systems
• Prior experience working as a collision repair appraiser.
• Prior experience as a technician at a collision repair center.
• A healthy dose of perfectionism
